Shipping policy

Digital Delivery:
All products sold by UKOREAN COSMETICS GROUP LLC are 100% digital products (skincare routine guides, ebooks, and digital templates). No physical products will be shipped to your address.

Delivery Time & Access:
- Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a direct link to download your digital products.
- You can also access your purchased files directly on the order confirmation page.

Shipping Fees:
Since all our items are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees or taxes on shipping applied to your order.

Missing Orders:
If you do not receive an email with your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@ukoreancosmeticsgroup.com with your order number, and we will send your files manually.
